not able to open avi

Hi there,

1) What program are you using when trying to open the AVI file
2) Is the AVI file stored on your hard drive (or CD/DVD drive) or is it on a
web site.
3) Are you using Windows XP or some other operating system.
4) When trying to open the file do you get any sort of error message. If so
what is it.
