My Windows XP Account

Yesterday, I had Windows XP reinstalled on my computer after having a new
hard drive put in. Last night, I noticed that on the options for setting my
screen saver, there was the option that had a check box that said "On resume
display welcome screen". Now it says "On resume password protect". How can I
get back the box that says "On resume display welcome screen"?

My fast user switching is turned on.

Mine also says "On resume password protect", but I have to enter the
password from the Welcome Screen, so it amounts to the same thing.
