I recently bought a new PC installed with Windows XP. I regularly work from home and am not in the slightest bit interested in dodgy university diplomas or sexy sites. Imagine my frustration at being bombarded with absurd messages whenever I am online. I
am now continually interrupted by irritating pop ups. I have tried to disable the Messenger Service but to no avail. I have no idea how to use it nor any inclination to learn. I confess to being an ignoramous but can anybody please help me to switch this
