I tried GW_BASIC 3.22 with Windows XP, and the printer
wasn`t supported. Is there a later version of BASIC for
Windows XP? I have been away from BASIC for 10 years,
and I can`t tell if any language that is available is
BASIC as I knew it.
Thanks, Old timer

Old timer,

Basic is no part of Windows XP, but it still exists. It is now Visual Basic
and is sold separately. It now has a graphical user interface and differs a
lot from the old GW Basic. (Still missing it too....)

Best regards,

Ben
