Half Windows

All of my windows are opening in half size, i maximise
them but it seems that a default some where is making
them open in half view, its the most anoying thing ive
ecountered. Someone please HELP

R-click the shortcut to the application and choose properties. On the run
option, click the little arrow and choose maximize, or whatever your choice
is.

Do not use the maximize button. Grab the corners of the window and drag it
to full screen size. Close the program and when you open it, Windows will
remember the last screen size used.
