Taskbar

I have Windows Xp, why does my taskbar automatically hide when i start my
computer up how is this disabled.

HI : right click on the taskbar then select properties , then uncheck

post once, it is enough. I'll assume it was an accidental
double click or something.

Move your mouse pointer to the taskbar over an open area.
Right click and select "properties" and uncheck the box
"auto hide taskbar"

Lots of interesting things can be done with the taskbar, it
can be on the bottom, top, right or left...I like the left.

I auto-hide the MS OFFICE toolbar on the bottom.
