knn...why whenever i want to save a pic ...the only
available option is to save as 'untitled' under bmp files

Hi,
It's a problem with the Temporary Internet Files. Open the Control
Panel/Internet Options, and "delete files" on the General tab.

Basically, you need to clean up your temporary Internet files.
