limited user?

Yes, Im a new XP person. I am set up as the administrator
and the kid as limited user. I want the kid to only be
able to access the dial-up isp and not be able to install
programs either online or from a CD. Is this possible and
if so where can I read resources on how to do this.

Control Panel - User Accounts - Create New Account
Set up the kid as "limited user".
If you use XP view instead of Classic View try looking at the "Learn About"
section on the left panel. This is a good starting point for help.
