complete turn off theme

I have complet turnt of de luna theme bij msconfig/services en than remove theme's

But when i loggin in now, i have eh login prompt without luna skin, but when I log-in know, i have een terible mix of luna/old windows style.

Mine question is, how kan i remove this last thing, so everything looks like de old windows way.

I hope mine question is clear.
