Registry Policy

Dear All

I had the following error message Windows cannot access
the registry policy file,
c:\documetns&Settings\username\ntuser.pol [The data is
invalid]?

Another question is I am trying to open microsoft
Schedule+ Version 7.5 and I keep getting the following
error message - There was a problem starting Microsoft
Outlook calendar. Memory is low. close some windows
before continuing?

Can you please help me how to sort out this problem.
