user policies

hi
i set policies on my xp pro but i managed to have the
policies affect my limited "Family" account and my "Wil"
admin account. how do i set policies so my little
brother cannot install files screw anything over and view
all my files.

anything would be helpful thanks.

This is the default behaviour for Windows systems that do not run in a
network with a domain server. You have to undo the restrictions from
your account if you want to do something that stands against them. As
an Administrator you can do this but "Family" cannot, but the policies
affect all accounts, beside of that.
