Hi Marg,

First, simply try copying the shortcut from your user folder to the All
Users folder.

From:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs

To:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

This will allow the shortcut to show for everyone. If there is an error when
they attempt to access it, then that is an indication that it needs to be
installed under their profile. This is not unusual, and is in fact quite
common with older software. Simply reinstall it while logged on as that
user, and use the same program folder.
