Keyboard locks

I use a 101/102 standard keyboard.

On cold boot up, the following drivers are not installed:

c:\\windows\system32\drivers\i8042prt.sys

c:\\windows\system32\drivers\kbdclass.sys

When I reboot, the drivers are installed, and the
keyboard works fine.

How do I get around this problem?
