I am new to the computer world, so bear with me. I
recently (Dec.) had a Linksys wireless router installed
on another computer in my house and the adapter on my
computer, it kept telling me that a network cable was
unplugged, but it worked fine, it was fast (cable modem),
and I had no problems, then it stopped working. My
friend was here for the weekend, and "fixed" it. It is
connected to the internet, but it is VERY slow. It now
shows 2 icons in the taskbar (LAN-still says unplugged &
wireless connection/signal strength) which is one less
than before (network bridge).what should I do? Please
reply in beginner terms. thanks!
