[Gila]

Hello,
In order to secure my computer while working on the
internet, I want to work in a user account Gila (not in
Owner account). Gila account is a Limited account (not an
Administrator account).
When working in Gila account I want to "feel" as if I
were working in Owner account: Same Desktop outlay, same
Favorites, same appearance (Control Panel >Display
>Apearance), same Screen Saver, etc.
How do I add a user account that is equal to Owner
account, except its type: Limited instead of
Administrator?

Copy the owner account then make the copy Limited:
