When I try to login to my Pc remotely thefollowing error
comes up "The local
policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively"

PLEASE HELP

Do you have a firewall set on the machine? Do you have it set to allow
remote connections? How are you connecting remotely? With Remote
Desktop or a third-party program?

Hi
Thanks for the reply, no i dont have an XP firewll and i
have set it to allow remote connections, and i am using
remote desktop from another XP computer withinn the LAN

Have you made a user account with password on the machine you wish to
control that is identical with the one on the machine with which you
want to connect?

enable remote desktop then use remote vnc much much better than remote desktop. I use it to play first person shooter from my cubicle at work.
