You'd have to tweak the Registry and that could create
problems for the Recycle Bin is on "C" drive by default.
You can copy and paste or drag and drop to a second Bin
on "D" and then delete the files from the "C" drive. It
would not actually be a Recycle Bin but another directory
on "D" drive that you can call "Bin" or whatever from
which you could restore.
