Windows update 327979 will not intstall

Hello Everyone,

I have tried several times to install the recommended
update 327979, but every time I try to install it an
error comes up:

"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file
Update.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic service is
running on this computer."

I have checked Crytpgraphic service, and it is running on
the system service.

I was hoping to install this update and maybe it could be
the cure to why my computer crashes when I play Command
and Conquer Zero Hours.

Now hopefully it will fix my Command and Conquer Problems.
