When I go into Control Panel and printers and faxes, all
it shows there is the add a printer icon. I have two
printers installed and they both work fine, but I want to
get to the properties of one of them. How can I make the
printers that are installed show up in the printers and
faxes section? Also, when I click on the add a printer
icon, nothing happens. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

Are you logged on as an Administrator?

I'm not sure why I wouldn't be, this is the only computer
running the printers in my office. If not, how can I make
sure I am the administrator?
