Pages don`t update

Can someone help me? When i visit almost all pages they
don`t up date, it`s the same news as it was the day
before or 1 hour before? I must all the time press the
update button! What is wrong?

I`m from Sweden so my english isn`t perfect but i hope
someone can understand and help me!!

In Internet Explorer - Go to Tools|Internet Options|'General' tab. Under
'Temporary Internet Files' hit Delete Files. This will clear your internet
cache. Then go to Settings and set it to a bare minimum like maybe 400-500
MB. Another trick to update the webpage you're on is to hit Ctrl-F5.
