I have a small HP 3425 deskjet printer. While it is printing the XP unit stops and give a Blue Screen of Death and the unit shut completely down. It then reboots and everything is OK. This has only started inthe past few weeks. The first page of a docu
ment usually prints ok then it starts the second page. The Blue Screen flashes to fast to read any notes or information off it to help understand the problem. I notice it first when the sticky Keys box showed up just before this happened. What should I
do... I have updated all Microsoft Hotfixes and updates.
