"act like a web page" maybe meaning serve a web page? Windows XP Home does
not have this built in. You can download and use a third party program like
Apache to do it.

If you mean "make a web page" You an buy Microsoft FrontPage or a program
like it to make HTML content. Microsoft Word will also let you do this.

If none of this answers your question please explain yourself a bit more.

XP is an Operating System, it is not related in any way to a web page or site. We need MUCH more info and a clearer description of
what you want.

Hi George,

I'm thinking you want to enable "Single-click" functionality so that Windows
behaves like you would expect a web page would when clicking on links.

To do this, you will need to open an explorer window and go to Tools->Folder
Options. When the "Folder Options" dialog comes up, in the "Click items as
follows" group, make sure the "Single-click to open an item (point to
select)" options is the one that is selected. Then click OK.

After this, your Windows desktop and any explorer windows should behave like
single-clicking web pages.

Hope this helps.
