NO VIDEO

my messenger video chat works with audio but the video
cuts out and the other end user cannot see my video.

logitech cam
i think its some kind of firewall on my network doing this
the error message says the other side has problems but
i've done this with many users its always the same. they
normally vid chat but i cant. my system and hardware are
perfect btw they work, its just messengers video not
going over the net some how

any suggestions?
