why is it that microsoft's help and support centre is
useless, every error i've had they don't have any answers
for, their ****in useless!!!

If that was meant in saracasm, it should be withdrawn. Although the
battles between the Linux users and Microsoft users aren't for this
forum, it is definately an OS that deserves credit and respect.
However, despite being a casual fan myself, I am conscious of the
funding and backing that linux lacks compared to Microsoft.
