Whenever I try to play a video file -- mpg or avi - I get an error message saying "windows explorer has encountered an error and will shut down." Then it closes the box, refreshes the desktop. The same happens when I launch WMP and try to run the video; If
I open the folder containing the video, even then the same error message happens so I just can not access any of my video files. I would appreciate if some one could help me out.
