visual customization of Windows XP

hello!

we want to make some visual changes in our windows xp installation.
like the company logo as start screen for example.

my question is: what is customizeable in windows xp?
is it only the start screen or are there more things we could change?

i don't need a description for every detail. i just want to know what is
possible.
