Outlook Express

I recently purchased a new computer which has Windows XP
home addition. I have tried to configure my Outlook
Express for email using my internet provider (prodigy)
instructions for entering incoming and outgoing pop3
addresses. I can't get my email messages to download from
Prodigy. I've dumped the configuration several times
thinking I entered the info wrong but it still won't
download my email messages. Any help would be appreciated
