No spooler source

[Tedra]

I just replaced my ink cartdridges and comp wouldn't recognize the printer. I ran the Lexmark disc again and now get the message "no spooler source", I click the yes box to have it corrected but nothing happens. I have had to call Microsoft 2 times in the
last 3 weeks for problems and was hoping I could take care of this one without their help. Any help is much appreciated.

What happens when you go to a command prompt and type

net start spooler

(and hit enter)...... let us know the exact text of any error message.
