When I go to send E-mail my PC redials my Internet
Provider even though I am still on line, this causes
delay even though it still works I would like to correct
it. I have checked the option to hang up after each
transaction and that is not ghecked off. I think it may
have something to do with users in my setup, and it does
not recognize me using Exprezz at that time. Also when I
am on my home page and go to read mail it does the same
thing and reboots to my provider by disconnecting and
redialing.

Go to the Outlook Express, click Tools, Accounts. Select your account, and
then click properties. Click the "Connections" tab, and then uncheck the
"always connect this account using:" check box.
Now outlook will not try to initiate the connection on send/receive.
