error loading!

hi
I'm not to good with computers so i was hoping i could
get a bit of help.Two days ago i installed an adware
thing, it was free,then when i started the scan about
half way through it froze,so i uninstalled it.Here my
problem starts,then when i turned on my computer again
this message appears ooo18527.exe egnsengine.dll unable
to locate component. Also i tried to uninstall kazza today
and this message came up error loading
C:\windows\system32\cd_clint.dll the specified module
could not be found. It all means nothing to me but
obviously something i wrong. Other than that my computer
is working fine.Please can someone help it would be very
much apprieciated Thanks...Mandy.

Hi mandy,

For the egnsengine.dll error, go to Start>Run and key in msconfig <ENTER>.
Click on the Startup tab. Locate an entry called CMESys and when found,
click in the checkbox beside it to clear the checkmark, then click on Apply
then OK. Restart your computer.

For the C:\windows\system32\cd_clint.dll error, either reinstall KaZaa and
then uninstall it or go here:
http://www.phazeshift.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/kazaa.html
Scroll down a bit to locate 23/08/2002 UPDATE. Click on the "this utility"
link to d/load the fix. Now see if you can uninstall KaZaa.
