I installed service pack 1 from a cd. Files were
extracted to my D:\ Drive automatically. Now that the
service pack is installed it left a 103MB folder on my
drive that will not delete. the folder is
named "29e4739280af51d4a76cd88f388". This has not
happened before. I was able to delete the folder that was
extracted with no problem. Thanks for the help.

See "How to Take Ownership of a File or Folder in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308421). After you have done this
you should be able to delete the folder.
