Email notification not working

I, too, am having the same problem with my email
notifications not resetting. I have been trying to two
weeks now to get it resolved through MSN support with no
luck. Now they have referred me to here. Hope someone
has an answer to this problem.

have unistalled and reinstalled all the boxes are checked

work just not for my account and my Moms who also has a
msn account i tryed to find the INI file but it is
missing and I did show all folders I also removed msn
dellnet and reinstalled it but nothing any ideas

I am having the exact same problem as well. I also have contacted MSN
and they told me that they don't know how to resolve the problem. I
heard that they are going to release a new version of Hotmail/Messenger
sometime in April so maybe that has something to do with it...let me
know if anyone finds out any more info.
