Just tried to download this and the followingmessage came
up

Windows XP SP1 is incompatible with this version of
Windows.

Has anyone had a similar message before I call Microsoft
who unfortunately don't have a toll free #

Can't find any references to this error message.

What does your Windows XP show for the version number? Right-click on "My
Computer" and select Properties.

Hi Jim,
Are you using the final release of Windows XP or a beta version?
To check go start > run and enter winver
The final release will show 'Version 5.1 (Build 2600....' on the second
line. Service Pack 1 is only compatible with build 2600 of windows xp.
