I am trying to change my Windows Xp English to Chinese.
When I put the new Chinese vesion CD to install, it says
the system cannot be upgraded.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks.

Pat;
You can not change the language of Windows XP.
You also can not use an upgrade of one language to upgrade to another
language.
You will need to buy a full version of the language you want and
perform a Clean Installation destroying all data.
Back-up important data first.
