do anybody know that how to set a custom paper size for
epson dot-matrix printer in windows XP.

Try this: Click start button, go to settings, Printers and Faxes, Right button click on your printer. Then go to File button, Go to Server Properties. Check "create new form" box. Name your form, Type in the sizes, etc. Then Save Form. Hope this helps
