I have accidentally erased all the power schemes under
the Power Options from the Control Panel in Windows XP.
Is there any way of restoring the default schemes or
downloading them from anywhere?

Anando
I followed your instructions and rebooted my computer but this does not work
for me.
I have not erased my Power Schemes, they have disappeared by themselves and
all the timings normally accessible in "Plugged in" or "Running on
batteries" is not anymore available (everything is grey). My computer
screen shuts off automatically if not used for a while and I have no command
on the matter anymore. I am running Windows XP Pro.
Can you help?

Hi,
Did you download and apply the edit from Kelly's site ? If no, then please
do so. The registry file restores the original power schemes.
