fax problem

Hi Guys,

I have an italian version of windows xp pro but it seems
to have trouble with the fax console.
First of all, I can't change the dialing tone as it first
asked me when I installed the fax.
Second, every time I send a fax, when it has almost done
it, the monitor displays an error message and the fax
keep to be sent again.
What do you think?
