Not sure if you can help me or not. My daughter is
running windows xp and we have 2 problems:

1) we can't double click on desktop icons to open them.
we have to right click and then click 'open'.

2) after she gets connected to the dial up internet and
opens IE. It remains open for about 15 seconds and then
automaticaally closes.

She did have a virus but I bought Norton Anti Virus and
believe we eliminated it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Barry
