Keyboard Characters

I never. It appears that someone\something has changed
all the characters except the letters and numbers to
weird almost french like symbols\characters, eg.
the "backslash" has been change to an "a" with a comma on
the top of it and when you hit the "shift" it is a
capitol "A". All the symbols, <>/?|\{[ you get my drift,
have turned into these french type characters, but
different, such as an "e" with this comma on top. As I
mentioned the alphabet and numbers are all working and
correct. Thank You.
