I installed Windows XP Home Edition and I "uninstalled"
Microsoft Messenger 4.6, rebooted and then downloaded 6.1
from http://messenger.msn.com/
For some ODD reason sometimes 4.6 loads on the taskbar
and 6.1 - yet I uninstalled 4.6 by going into Add/Remove
Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components, and deselected
Windows Messenger.
Why is this happening ?
I previously tried installed 6.1 and thought it
would "upgrade" to 6.1, but no such luck.
Suggestions , ideas, all are excepted - thanks!
