Name of administrator

How can I change the administrator name in Windows XP. I
can't find a way to change the name. Can you change it
once you installed Windows XP on your machine or do you
have to re-install it completely? It's really anoying
that you can't rename the folder of the first user
(admin) of the computer. You see it back everywere in the
machine...

The administator account should NOT be used as an everyday account. Please
make a new account to use for everyday use.
