This is driving me a bit insane, but I bet there's an easy answer to my
problem...
I have a new installation, on a newly formatted hard drive. The drive is
partitioned into C:\ (program files) and D:\ (data files).
I also have a CD-ROM (drive E:\) and a CD-RW (drive F:\). To try and
protect my documents on the hard drive I have set up (using TweakUI) the
default folders on to Drive D. Easy! Or not, as during this process, I got
a pop-up telling me I had files ready to write to the CD. It seems that
even though the properties of these 'special folders' are shown as being on
Drive D (which they are) they are also on my CD-RW, irrespective of what I
change the drive letter to. And I don't want this.
Anybody got any idea, please?
