How do I remove unwanted items from my start menu?

Hi,

Right click the item and then choose delete.
If the item you want to remove is from the main Start menu, then right click
your task bar and then click on properties, then click on the Start Menu
tab, then click on the Customize button, and then choose the Advanced tab.
You'll then see a list of Start menu items that you can choose which ones
you want to see.
Then hit ok and then ok again.

Right-click on the item you want to remove, in order to bring up a
context menu,
and then choose "Unpin from Start Menu" or "Remove from this List".
