printer status

When I ask the computer to print nothing happens. It
says next to status that 38 jobs are waiting to print.
How do I clear these?

Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes. Right click on the
printer in question and then click on Cancel All Print Jobs.

Now Uninstall and Reinstall the printer as per
