I am a new Windows XP user. I have two problems that I have encountered so sar far. First, I use Yahoo Messenger for my main tool. Every time I use Y! Messenger tools such as clicking on "play games", it alters my screen settings and switches back to 8 bi
t from 32 bit...How can I stop this?? Second (and this may be difficult to explain), when I am in yahoo games and I click to view someone's player info and then click to view thier personal profile, it just closes and I see a message saying "a pop-up wi
ndow has been blocked". Also, even when I use IE instead of Y! messenger tools to play yahoo games, I can view someone's personal profile, but when thier profile opens it uses the game room window and I don't have a back arrow to return to the game room.I
have to close out and go back through IE or Y! Messenger to get back to the games. Any ideas or solutions for this?? Any help would be very appreciated!!!! Thank you, J.
