Unable to get Logon Screen

hi, if i try to change the way users log on to my
computer it will not allow me to change it so that users
log on via the welcome screen! it pops up with the
following warning message "Client services for NetWare
has diabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Swiching. To
resotre these features, you must uninstal Client services
for NetWare". However, I have no idea how to do this and
i do not know what netware is! please could somebody
email me and tell me how to resolve this problem! thanks
