need help pls

I have a very annoying problem which i really dont know
how to solve.
I was playing an online game (infantry) and suddenly the
game crashed. After the crash my mainscreen is rotated 90
degrees (so know im really getting pain in my neck). Can
someone pls help me undo it?

The newer display drivers for some cards have a "rotate" setting. Look in
Display> Settings, Display> Settings> Advanced or, if provided, in the
separate configuration panel provided by the display drivers.
