need help with changing users on folders

This may be confusing, I have bought a used Compaq with XP on it.
My problem is most of all the folders (example My Documents is under Sarah/mydocuments
When I am loading files to save I have to go to Documents then hit the name sarah then my documents.
I want to know if there is a why to have to computer only reconize one person on the computer, I changed the admistrator to me but the name sarah is still connected to several files. ) With this it has made it where I have a seperate sharing file to the fi
les I have to put in the my documents.

I had the same problem. Here is what I did: Create a new user (you) with
administrater privledges. Copy all of the file you want from Sarah and
place them in the new account. Once you have everything you want (make
sure!), them delete the Sarah Account. If you authored documents under
Sarah, the author may not change, but anything new will now have your name
on it. TweakUI from Microsoft will allow you to automatically logon to
whatever account you want.
