Hi

I am running XP HOME Edition and when I go to shutdown or
restart my computer I get "rundll32.exe end program now"
It is not shuting down properly.
Do you have any sugestions?

I'd guess that an application is hanging. You might end up using msconfig to
lock out various apps and utilities to find the culprit.
