That would cost you a bundle of money, buying XP in
several foreign languages to get just a few dialog boxes.
You can translate them yourself or use the Internet for
help. Have you tried the setup under the Control Panel
for different languages?
Start/Control Panel/Date, time, language..../Regional and
Language Options.
You can PrintScrn to the Clipboard and print copies in
Paint.
Also try below website that can translate up to 10
different languages:

Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot change it from one language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP in the language version
you desire, reformat your drive and install it "clean".

Or if you have an available empty drive or partition, you can install
another "Full Version" of Windows XP in a different language version
and create a dual-boot configuration.

A good third-party partitioning program is Partition Magic 8.
